Dominic Deo Androga has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dominic Deo started their career as an Engineering Analyst (Intern) at Tepe Betopan (Bilkent Holding Corporation) in 2005. In 2006, they worked as a Quality Control Assistant (Intern) at Nakasero Limited.

From 2007 to 2014, Dominic worked as a Research Engineer at Hydrogen Research Laboratory, where they gained valuable experience in the field.

In 2015, Dominic joined Microbial Discovery Group as a Process Engineer. Dominic Deo quickly progressed within the company and held the role of Director - Bioprocess Development from July 2016 to March 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Process Operations and Engineering, overseeing the day-to-day fermentation and downstream manufacturing activities, as well as managing the process development, engineering, and maintenance department.

Dominic Deo Androga obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi/Middle East Technical University in 2007. Dominic Deo then pursued a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the same institution from 2007 to 2009. Following that, Dominic completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biotechnology from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi/Middle East Technical University from 2009 to 2014. In 2014, they also attended Columbia University for a Sustainability Essentials Training program offered by the Earth Institute.
