Nicholas Sepulveda, Ph.D., currently serves as an Associate Research Scientist at Microbial Discovery Group since January 2024. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Senior Scientist at PPD, where responsibilities included independently performing method validations, method transfers, and analytical testing of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical compounds. Nicholas's academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Biology from Marquette University, where research and teaching contributions were made from August 2017 to February 2023, as well as roles as a Laboratory Technician and Teaching Assistant during the earlier academic tenure at the same institution. Additional educational experience encompasses studies at Háskóli Íslands and the University of Aberdeen, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Juniata College. Early career involvement includes teaching assistance and research support roles, along with tutoring in mathematics and sciences at the Salvation Army.
