Mahmud Reaz

Mahmud Reaz is a Principal Engineer specializing in radiation-hardened microelectronics and advanced node device physics. With over seven years of experience in technologist roles, Mahmud has worked as a Senior Hardware Engineer II at Microchip Technology Inc. since 2021, where they focus on designing radiation-tolerant circuits for space applications.
