Nicolas Schieli

Nicolas Schieli is a seasoned marketing and applications professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly in secure computing and RFID solutions. Currently serving as the Marketing and Applications Director for the Secure Computing Group at Microchip Technology Inc. since August 2016, Nicolas has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Director of Product Marketing and Applications Engineering. Prior to this, Nicolas spent nearly a decade at Atmel Corporation in various marketing positions focused on automotive microcontrollers and RF product marketing. Earlier career highlights include co-founding Quelis Id Systems, where Nicolas managed business development and R&D for RFID solutions, as well as engineering roles at PSI Electronics and Inside Contactless, contributing to IC design and RFID technology development. Nicolas holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from CPE Lyon, earned in 1999.
