Vaibhav Shirole

Vaibhav Shirole is an Embedded Applications Engineer 1 at Microchip Technology Inc. since March 2024, with a solid background in software engineering gained through prior roles. As a Software Engineering Intern at Banner Engineering, Vaibhav developed DAC firmware for phased array radar sensors using C/C++ and evaluated performance through Python scripts. In an academic setting, Vaibhav contributed to the Robotic Swarm Lab at the University of Minnesota by designing a mesh protocol for autonomous mapping robots and training TensorFlow Lite models. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Minnesota, complemented by an exchange program at the National University of Singapore.
