Janaya McCants

Janaya McCants is currently serving as the Director Human Resources Services at Microchip USA. Prior to this, Janaya worked as a Human Resources Specialist at DISA and held various HR managerial roles in the United States Air Force. Janaya also has experience as a Weapons Technician Instructor and Operations Group Training Manager. Janaya earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Workforce Development and Training from Southern Illinois University.
