Shelly Driscoll

Shelly Driscoll has extensive experience in the human resources field, spanning several companies and roles throughout their career. Shelly started their career at Blue Diamond Almonds in 1988, working as an Employee Relations Specialist until 1994. Shelly then joined Franklin Templeton Investments in 1996 as an HR Advisor, where they worked until 2002. Shelly then joined Home Depot in 2004 as an HR Manager until 2006, when they transitioned to Southcentral Foundation as an HR Administrator. Shelly worked at Southcentral Foundation until 2012, and in 2014 they became the Director of Human Resources at Microcom Communications.

Shelly Driscoll has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the Sacramento State College of Business Administration. Shelly also has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from American River College. Additionally, they have obtained a Certification in Employment Law from the University of California, Davis. Shelly has further certifications including SBCA from SBCA in the year 2016, Labor Law from UC Davis in January 2000, and SHRM-CP from SHRM in December 2015.
