Will Francois

Will Francois has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Will started their career at China Hydroelectric Corporation as an Investor Relations and Business Development professional, where they focused on identifying, acquiring, and developing hydroelectric power projects in China. Will then joined Kuhns Brothers Securities as an Investment Banking Associate, specializing in middle-market mergers, acquisitions, management buyouts, and corporate divestitures. At Standard Chartered Bank, Will worked as a Consultant, contributing to the company's operations in consumer, corporate, and institutional banking as well as treasury services. Will then moved on to Murdock Capital Partners Corp. as a Senior Associate, providing corporate finance and financial advisory services to small and medium-sized companies. Currently, Will holds the position of Vice President - AMERICAS RBU at MICRODIA, where they are responsible for overseeing operations in the Americas region. Prior to that, they held the role of Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant / Managing Director at Casspium Associates, Inc. Will's expertise lies in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and business development.

Will Francois has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree in Strategy & Management from Imperial College London. Prior to that, they attained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree from Hofstra University.
