Gianluca Crippa

Gianluca Crippa currently serves as the COO of Microelettrica Scientifica SpA since September 2020. Previously, Gianluca held multiple roles at Gewiss from March 2002 to September 2020, including Direttore Produzione Multiplant and Direttore Industriale Gewiss France, where responsibilities included defining five-year industrial plans and managing strategic operations projects with international and cross-functional teams. Additional positions at Gewiss included Direttore Industriale Gewiss Portugal, overseeing production and quality for modular protection switches, and supporting the manufacturing manager in automation and relocation projects. Gianluca began the career in the manufacturing sector at Gewiss Italy, focusing on production automation processes. Education includes a degree in Management Engineering from Università degli Studi di Bergamo and management training from MBW - Management Building Workshop.
