Ellie Rusling

Ellie Rusling has been working in the realm of international communications for over twenty years. Ellie got their start in September of 1991 and has since held a variety of positions in which they have utilized their skills in translation, interpretation, and language teaching. Ellie is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of MicroEra Power, but they have also worked with the Highland Hospital Foundation Board and AHEAD Energy in the past. Merrill Rusling, LLC is another one of Ellie's previous employers.

Throughout their many years of experience, Ellie has managed a pool of over one hundred freelance translators, provided interpreting services in a range of settings, and taught private English lessons to speakers of other languages. Ellie has also worked with volunteer outreach programs in Rochester, NY to support the Ellie'spanic community. In addition to all of this, Ellie has also developed curriculums for high school Spanish courses. Ellie holds an MS from UofR in Educational Leadership.

Ellie Rusling received their bachelor's degree in Latin American Studies and Economics from Smith College. Ellie then went on to earn their master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the University of Rochester. During their time at university, they also completed a summer at the Institute for Comparative Political and Economic Systems at Georgetown University and a semester abroad in Economics at Universidad de Los Andes. After graduation, Ellie Rusling participated in a summer program in Politics and Economics of the Southern Cone at Universidad de Belgrano before spending a year as a YFU student in Sevilla, Espana where they studied Spanish and Iberian Studies at Instituto Murillo. Ellie returned to the United States to complete their education, earning a Master of Science from the University of Rochester.
