Jessica Carbonneau

Jessica Carbonneau is a dedicated professional with experience in customer service and event management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative and Privacy Officer at MicroGenDX since January 2021, Jessica has also held multiple roles at Orlando City SC since February 2019, including Member Services Intern and Fan Ambassador, where responsibilities included providing information at home games and ensuring knowledge of stadium policies and services. Jessica's earlier experience includes working as Floor Staff at Regal Entertainment Group, and as a Personal Assistant/Organizer at Accountant Accounting Angel LLC, where organizational skills were applied to home projects and storage management. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Integrated Business from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts degree from Florida Gulf Coast University.
