Aaron Beason

Aaron Beason has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Aaron started their career as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Holdings in 2017, where they managed fleet operations and spearheaded marketing strategies. Aaron also served as an interim Assistant Branch Manager and played a key role in employee recruitment and training. Prior to that, Aaron worked in the United States Army Reserve as Military Police, where they developed plans, policies, and procedures for implementing military police programs and provided guidance to commanders on security programs. From 2021, Aaron joined MicroHealth, LLC as a Junior Project Coordinator, responsible for planning, organizing, and directing ongoing projects. With strong computer skills, they ensured the smooth progress of company projects. Currently, Aaron holds the position of Project Manager at Superlative Technologies, starting in 2022.

Aaron Beason earned a Bachelor's degree in Conflict Analysis and Dispute Resolution from Salisbury University, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. Aaron later pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology Project Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, graduating in 2021.
