Aaron W. has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Aaron started working as an IT Coordinator in 2016 and eventually progressed to the role of IT Coordinator II at YRCI. In these positions, their responsibilities included creating training documents, preparing meeting presentations, coordinating IT support technicians, and prioritizing support tickets. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of IT Operations Analyst, where they provided technical support, maintained security group policies, and troubleshooted and performed diagnostics on IT equipment. Aaron also effectively communicated with C-Level executives on business solutions. Aaron's most recent role was as an IT Operations Analyst, Sr., where they created and configured Azure Virtual Machines and maintained servers and applications with updates. Currently, they are working as an IT Specialist at MicroHealth since 2023.
