Sean Kramer

Sean Kramer is a Quality Engineer at MicroLumen® since May 2024, with prior experience at Seaway Plastics Engineering from January 2021 to May 2024, where responsibilities included statistical analyses, developing Medical Validation protocols, and managing the metrology lab. In earlier roles at Seaway, Sean contributed as a Junior Quality Engineer, overseeing customer print specification reviews, and as an Associate Program Manager, assisting in project documentation and process training. Additional experience includes serving as Lead CAD Teaching Assistant at the University of South Florida, a Mechanical Engineering Intern at SRO Motorsports America, and customer service roles at Publix Super Markets. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts degree from Pasco-Hernando State College.
