Mark Webber

Mark Webber is an experienced executive in the manufacturing and sports sectors, serving as the Executive Director of Indiana Fire Juniors from 2013 to 2014. Mark has spent over three decades at MicroMetl Corporation, advancing from Sales Engineer and Territory Manager to Vice President and General Manager, a position held since 2004. During time at MicroMetl, Mark successfully directed manufacturing and marketing operations for a $70 million HVAC OEM supplier, overseeing significant growth initiatives including the startup of two new factories and the expansion of the Indianapolis facility, while managing a team of 200-350 employees. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and French from Augustana College.
