Jason Pillai

Jason received his bachelor's degree in Earth Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Although his educational background focused on geology, Jason has always been interested in the microbial world. Since 2013, he has committed his time to microbiology and better understanding biogeochemical environments in multiple labs across the Chicagoland area. Prior to starting his role as a Research Associate at MicroMGx, Jason worked as a Plant Pathology Research and Development Technician focusing on Biorational Crop Protection for a major agricultural company.
