Christine Achterberg

Christine Achterberg has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Christine began their career as an Accounting Trainee at Genesis Chartered Accountants in 2000, where they worked until 2004. From 2004 to 2005, they served as an Accounting Bookkeeper at The GSI Group Africa. In 2005, Christine joined Kleins as a Group Accountant and worked there until 2008 when they moved to Bosun Group as a Group Accountant and Financial Manager until 2009. Currently, they are working as the Finance Manager at Micromine since 2009 and has been appointed as the Head of Finance for Australia starting from March 2023.

Christine Achterberg has a history of education that includes a Certificate in Tax Law/Taxation from the University of Cape Town in 2021. In 2019, they also obtained a Certificate in Cost and Management Accounting and a Certificate in Basics of Financial Management from the same university. Further back, between 1994 and 1998, Christine attended Vorentoe, though no specific degree or field of study was provided for that period.
