Paul Dubignon

Paul Dubignon serves as the Head of Finance for Triumph Group in Australia and New Zealand since March 2025, focusing on day-to-day finance operations and strategic financial initiatives. Prior to this role, Paul was the Finance Manager for the Retail Business Unit at Tourism Holdings Limited, where responsibilities included providing financial guidance and supporting business strategy and risk assessment. With experience as the Commercial Manager for RV Sales AU/NZ at Apollo Motorhome Holidays, Paul has a proven track record in budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis. Earlier roles include Assistant Accountant at Healthy Land and Water and Account Executive at Cable and Wireless (Seychelles). Paul holds a CPA from the CPA Australia Program and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from Griffith University.
