Alison Houpt, MBA, has over 25 years of diverse experience in technical services, business analysis, and project management, primarily at Micron Technology since June 1998. In the role of WW Technical Services and Support Manager, responsibilities include overseeing service delivery, managing customer engagement, and driving innovation through analysis of product use and customer behavior. As a Senior Business Analyst and Advanced Salesforce Admin, Alison serves as the Salesforce Service Cloud Product Owner and leads efforts in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks for project management and testing.
