Dmitry Mikulik

Dmitry Mikulik is a Senior Engineer at Micron Technology since August 2019, specializing in process development for 3D NAND technology, including oxide deposition and treatments to enhance NAND cells. Prior to this role, Dmitry worked at the Singapore Technology Center, focusing on 3D VNAND Flash Memory R&D. Dmitry's earlier experience includes a Research Scientist position at Skolkovo Institute, where optical properties of semiconductors were studied, and a Doctoral Assistant position at Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne, concentrating on III-V semiconductor nanowire solar cells. Additionally, Dmitry completed a visiting position at Stanford University, working on semiconductor surface passivation, and has held engineering roles at Samsung Electronics and Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology, focusing on CVD growth methods. Dmitry holds a PhD in Materials Science from EPFL and two degrees in Optoelectronics from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University.
