Jhansi Jagannadham Naidu is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with over 19 years of experience. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition for India at Micron Technology since February 2021, Jhansi has also held roles as Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior Program Manager – India University Relations. Prior experience includes positions at Qualcomm India Pvt Ltd from January 2010 to January 2021, where Jhansi contributed as a Talent Acquisition Staff member on the Campus Team and as a Senior HR Specialist for the Contract Workforce Team. Additional experience includes recruitment coordination roles at Microsoft from September 2006 to January 2010, and previous recruitment positions at Sapeare Technologies and Sai People Solutions. Jhansi holds an MBA in Human Resources from Osmania University, completed in 2003.
