Jinwoo Lee

Jinwoo Lee is a Principal Engineer at Micron Technology, specializing in wet etch and vapor etch process development for 3D DRAM. They previously held roles as a Principal Engineer at 삼성전자, focusing on tool development for Flash and DRAM devices, and as a Senior Engineer at Samsung Electronics, where they worked on new chemical and equipment development. Jinwoo also contributed to 3D NAND wet process development at Intel Corporation and served as a Visiting Fellow at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, synthesizing anti-tuberculosis agents. They hold an Integrated M.S. and Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, both from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).
