Mike Frachel

Mike Frachel has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on process integration and quality systems management. At Micron Technology from April 2002 to April 2007, Mike held positions as a Senior Engineer specializing in DRAM process integration and as a Senior Process Integration Engineer for CMOS image sensors. Additionally, Mike served as Quality Systems Manager in R&D, overseeing the development and improvement of semiconductor fabrication engineering and production software tools. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microelectronic Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, earned between January 1992 and January 1997.
