Nael Mizanur Rahman

Nael Mizanur Rahman is a CAD AI Engineer at Micron Technology as of January 2024, specializing in IC Design Automation utilizing CAD Tools, Algorithms, and AI. Previously, Nael served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology from August 2018 to December 2023, focusing on in-memory and near-memory mixed signal circuits for secure and high-performance compute hardware accelerators in signal processing applications under the supervision of Dr. Saibal Mukhopadhyay. Nael's experience includes a SoC Architecture Internship at Microsoft with the Silicon Engineering and Solutions team, and a Power Delivery Research Internship at Intel Labs. Nael held the position of Treasurer at the IEEE BUET Student Branch from March 2016 to September 2017.
