Fernanda Guimarães

Fernanda Guimarães is a seasoned professional in the field of data science and machine learning, currently serving as a Technical Lead at ACS within Advantest since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer and Senior Data Scientist at Condati from June 2021 to February 2023, and as a Machine Learning Engineer at Kunumi from March 2019 to June 2021, where the focus was on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and medical image classification. Earlier experience encompasses a Data Science Internship with a primary emphasis on NLP, data gathering, processing, and modeling, as well as engagement as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Departamento de Ciência da Computação - UFMG under Professor Pedro O. S. Fernanda Guimarães is pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science with a focus on NLP at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, following a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems obtained in December 2020.
