Raymond Lim

Raymond Lim is an experienced engineer specializing in test solutions and automation within the semiconductor industry. Currently, at Micron Technology since April 2016, Raymond Lim leads the integration of advanced manufacturing equipment and process engineering projects across the Global Test Department. Prior to this, Raymond Lim held a position as a Senior Test Process Engineer at Infineon Technologies, focusing on outsourced semiconductor assembly and test process management. Raymond Lim's career also includes significant experience as a Senior Equipment Engineer at Texas Instruments, managing wafer probe equipment and process improvement projects. Raymond Lim began the professional journey with an internship in automation engineering at STMicroelectronics and holds a degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation from Multimedia University.
