Raymond Sheng

Raymond Sheng currently serves as Senior Director of DRAM Product Engineering at 美光科技 since April 2022. Previously, Raymond held the position of Director of RMA Failure Analysis at Western Digital from September 2018 to May 2022. During a long tenure at SanDisk®, spanning from October 2003 to August 2018, Raymond advanced through several roles including Senior Manager and Manager of RMA Failure Analysis, as well as Manager of Product Engineering, focusing on new product qualification and yield improvement. Earlier career experiences include serving as Project Manager in the NOR Flash Product Engineering department at Macronix International Co., LTD from January 2001 to October 2003 and as Process Engineer at Taiwan Mask Corporation from August 1997 to July 1999. Raymond holds a Master’s degree in Material Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Material Science from National Tsing Hua University.
