Sheila Stefani

Sheila Stefani is a Senior Manager Strategy & Operations at Micron Technology, where they have been enabling increased manufacturing output through proactive opportunity identification and implementation since 2020. They innovated the manufacturing max out program and deliver timely updates for executive review through collaboration and gap identification. Previously, Sheila held various roles at Micron Technology, including Manufacturing Engineer and Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where they focused on output optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. Sheila also gained experience in administrative support at NUS Centre for the Arts and completed internships in quality assurance and technical analysis. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science from the National University of Singapore.
