Sungchan Lim

Sungchan Lim is a Principal Analog Design Engineer at Micron Technology, where they previously held the position of DRAM Senior Design Engineer. They possess a Master’s Degree from Arizona State University and have extensive experience in transistor-level analog and digital integrated circuit design in CMOS. Their background includes leadership roles in layout design teams and ownership of various IP blocks, such as PLLs and temperature sensors.
