Wesley Anderson

Wesley Anderson serves as the Research and Development Operations Manager at Micron Technology, where they have cultivated an extensive career since starting as a Dry Etch Production Operator in 1998. Over the years, Wesley has excelled in various roles, including Dry Etch Trainer, Production Supervisor, Research and Development Manager, and Integration Manager. Their leadership has focused on the training and development of team members while ensuring efficient operations in research and development. Wesley's commitment to enhancing productivity is evident through their strategic oversight in several critical areas of the organization. Currently, Wesley continues their education at the College of Western Idaho.
