Gerald P.

Gerald P. has more than 25 years of work experience, primarily in sales, management, and event planning roles. Gerald worked at Micronet for over 14 years as a Sales Manager and later as the Manager of Corporate Sales Division, where they were responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, providing product solutions and cost-saving ideas to customers, and recruiting and training sales and office personnel. Gerald also worked at their self-named company, where they focused on developing innovative business ideas, negotiating contracts, and managing teams. In addition, they worked in various sales and management roles at Bahamas-based companies such as Micronet Technology Firm Bahamas, Synergy Bahamas, Future Technology, and Cacique International. At Cacique International, they oversaw incentive events, supervised program coordinators and transportation supervisors, managed on-island transportation and VIP entertainment bookings, coordinated large-scale events, and managed teams of up to 20 associates at hotel properties.

Gerald P. has a high school diploma from H.O. Nash, which they received in 1992. Prior to that, they attended Eastern High School in New Jersey, USA from 1989 to 1990 where they completed the Honors Program and the Diploma HSPT. In 1993, they enrolled in the College of the Bahamas where they completed courses related to pre-engineering and obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in 1996. In 2003, they returned to the College of the Bahamas to earn an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, which they completed in 2005. Gerald also obtained the Adobe Acrobat XI Certified Sales Professional Commercial Government Education certification from Adobe in 2015.
