Linda Denning is an experienced manager with a strong background in client support and technical operations. Currently, Linda serves as the Manager of eLicense Client Support at MicroPact and also holds the position of Manager of CAVU Client Support at Iron Data Solutions. Prior to these roles, Linda worked at King Grading, where responsibilities included developing standardized services and pricing strategies. Linda's extensive experience at Nortel spans over 29 years, with roles including Senior Manager of Software Engineering and multiple managerial positions focused on process development and support teams. Linda holds a BS in Physical Education/Business Administration from Christopher Newport University and an AAS in Computer Science/Business Data Processing from Technical College of Alamance.
