Bryan started their career in 1992 as an Inventory Accountant at AutoZone, where they reconciled physical inventories and investigated discrepancies. From 1993 to 1998, they worked as a Senior Accountant at George B. Jones & Co., P.C., conducting audit and review engagements on car dealerships and preparing tax returns.

In 1998, Bryan joined Smith & Nephew and held various roles within the company. As a Senior Financial Analyst, they supported financial analysis and reporting.
