Leslie Hathcock has a strong background in engineering and process management, with experience in the healthcare and energy industries. Leslie began their career as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Wright Medical Technology in 2003 before moving on to an internship with Valero Energy Corporation in 2004. In 2006, they joined Wright Medical Technology as a Process Engineer before transitioning to Medtronic Spine & Biologics in 2009. At Medtronic, they held the positions of Concurrent Engineer and Sr. Design Quality Engineer. In 2014, Hathcock joined MicroPort Orthopedics, Inc. as a Sr. Validation Engineer and was later promoted to Manager of Process Engineering & Validations. Leslie has extensive expertise in validation, design quality, and process engineering.
Leslie Hathcock obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Christian Brothers University, completing the program from 2002 to 2006. Leslie also pursued further education at Christian Brothers University, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Biomedical Management, which they achieved between 2010 and 2013. Additionally, Leslie attended Dyersburg State Community College from 2005 to 2006, studying as a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician.
