Michael Hipp

Michael Hipp has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing and orthopedic industries. Michael started their career at Smith & Nephew as a Quality Tech/Gage Designer, where they worked on creating and maintaining templates and models for CMM programs and gauging. Michael also had experience as a Machinist, operating manual and CNC equipment for the Knee Instruments group.

After their time at Smith & Nephew, they moved to Wright Medical as a Metrology Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for reviewing temperature monitoring systems at various locations and implementing methods for inspecting and evaluating products.
