Paul Casanova has extensive work experience in the orthopedic and manufacturing industries. Paul worked at MicroPort Orthopedics Inc. starting in 2014 as an Operations Project Engineer, where they managed multiple departments and implemented continuous process improvement measures for knee and hip implants. Prior to that, they worked at Wright Medical Technology from 1998 to 2014, serving in various roles such as Project Engineer, Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer II. In these roles, they focused on process improvement, program regeneration for milling and turning machines, and generating new milling programs for different implant types. Before joining Wright Medical Technology, Paul worked at Precision Components International as a Methods Engineer, where they were involved in product production development and process development. Paul also worked at Pratt & Whitney as a Tool Designer/Analyst, where they analyzed and proofread tool prints and assisted in tooling build and revisions for various tool types.

Paul Casanova completed their Associate's degree in Industrial Drafting Technologies at Rochester Institute of Technology from 1983 to 1988. Paul later pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering Technologies at the same institution from 1988 to 1991.
