Lou Elias

Lou Elias has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Lou started their career at CTA in 1987 as a Group Engineer, where they handled business development activities and managed proposal teams. Lou then moved on to Danaher Motion in 1997, serving as a Segment Manager for Life Sciences and Factory Automation markets. In this role, they coordinated sales efforts and supported distribution and manufacturers representatives. In 2011, Lou joined Brady Corporation as an End User Segment Manager, where they developed and launched product promotional campaigns and created sales tools for enhanced value propositions. Currently, Lou works at MicroSense, LLC as a Sales Manager for Dimensional Products.

Lou Elias received their Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Lou attended the institute from 1982 to 1986. Later, they pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Assumption University, where they studied from 1989 to 1994.
