Bandita Joarder

Bandita Joarder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and business strategy. Currently serving as Senior Director of Pega Delivery at Pegasystems since February 2020, Bandita leads a global team to enhance Pega's journey-centric methodology and improve solution delivery. Previous roles include Director of Enterprise PMO at Shawmut Design and Construction, where Bandita established a new project management function, and Director of Business Programs at Microsoft, focusing on adoption and change management. Bandita's career began with an internship at Pfizer, followed by positions at McKinsey & Company, Publicis Sapient, SAP, and Omgeo.
