Carlos Rodriguez is president and chief executive officer, and a member of the board of directors of Automatic Data Processing (ADP) Inc., a leading global technology company providing human capital management solutions. Appointed in 2011, Rodriguez serves as ADP’s sixth CEO since its 1949 founding.

Under his leadership, the company has accelerated its transition from payroll processor to human capital management innovator, leveraging its vast workforce data and advanced technology to design a better workplace experience.

Joining ADP in 1999, Rodriguez held a series of leadership positions in many of the company’s respective businesses, where he gained valuable, first-hand insight into the unique needs and challenges facing businesses today, from global enterprise to small business.

Rodriguez holds an MBA and bachelor of arts degree from Harvard University.

Rodriguez joined the Microsoft board as an independent director in November 2021.
