Chasity M. Williams

Chasity M. Williams currently serves as Director, Industry Growth Advisor for Media and Entertainment at Microsoft, focusing on investment origination, market development, and strategic partnerships to enhance digital transformation. Chasity is also a Startup Advisor at digitalundivided, advocating for Black and Latinx women founders. As the founder of Collective Intelligentsia, an AI startup, Chasity emphasizes a people-first approach to technology aimed at addressing equity and societal impact. Previous roles include Customer Success Leader at Microsoft and Associate Director of Technology Strategy Management at ConocoPhillips, among others. Chasity obtained an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from The University of Southern Mississippi, as well as an Advanced Project Management Graduate Certification from Stanford University.
