Chiara Helm

Chief of Staff

Chiara Helm is an experienced consultant and manager with a diverse background in strategic communications, change management, and internal communications across multiple industries. Chiara began a professional career as an intern at the Department of Homeland Security before moving on to a role at Voice of America as a researcher and assistant producer. At Booz Allen Hamilton, Chiara served as a Senior Consultant focusing on civil and finance markets. A significant tenure at Hilton involved roles such as Senior Manager of Owner Communications and Director of Owner Insights, where Chiara developed strategic communication initiatives and established the Owner Insights function. Chiara also worked as an Account Manager at Mitchell Communications Group and as a Project Manager at Hilton Worldwide, managing key strategies for pre-IPO Hilton. Most recently, Chiara held positions at Microsoft as Chief of Staff and Business Manager, contributing to corporate strategy efforts during significant organizational changes. Chiara Helm holds a BA in Cross Cultural International Affairs & Global Political Science from Marquette University.
