Faraz Zorofchi

Faraz Zorofchi is a Principal Data Scientist at Microsoft, specializing in catastrophe modeling with a focus on flood and hurricane hazards. Previously, Faraz worked as a Data Scientist at Aon, where they managed the U.S. Flood model and developed statistical models for risk assessment. Their earlier experience includes serving as a Quantitative Analyst at Bank of America and as a Staff Engineer at SEECO Consultants. Faraz holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and completed a Data Science Fellowship at The Data Incubator.
