Giovanna Dughera

Giovanna Dughera currently serves as Business Manager in the Office of the Microsoft Switzerland CEO, overseeing executive operations since February 2018. With experience as a Community Manager for Microsoft for Startups and an interim Product Marketing Manager for Business Apps, Giovanna has played a pivotal role in fostering strategic partnerships, particularly with ABB, to facilitate digital transformation for industrial clients. Prior to Microsoft, Giovanna worked as a Business Analyst at Luxottica, managing cross-functional coordination for sales and operations planning, and held various roles in marketing and audit at other organizations. Giovanna holds an MBA from INSEAD, a certification in Sustainability Leadership from London Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Management from Università Bocconi.
