Jennifer Allison, EdD, currently serves as the Career Development Manager for the Microsoft Software & Systems Academy (MSSA) since February 2018. Prior to this role, Jennifer held positions at AFSC/Magellan Federal as the Work and Family Life Programs Supervisor and Deployment Specialist from March 2016 to January 2018. Jennifer's experience also includes a position as a Work and Family Life Consultant - Deployment Specialist at Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. in 2015. Jennifer's career began in the US Navy, serving from September 1989 to December 1993 in various capacities, including with the Helicopter Mine Countermeasures Squadron 12, USS CARL VINSON, and the Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron (Blue Angels). Jennifer holds a doctorate from Capella University, earned between 2019 and 2022.
