Jo Sulik

Jo Sulik is a Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft, where they build long-term technical relationships with customers and run technical workshops on device management. Previously, Jo worked as a Windows 10 Specialist at IBM, delivering expert support on multiple applications and achieving high customer satisfaction scores. Jo's experience also includes roles as an IT Service Desk Analyst at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and an IT Tutor at TLE Training Centre, where they supported learners in developing IT skills. Jo holds a Master's degree in Food Processing Engineering and Management from the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, Poland.
