Jocelyn Crafts is a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, where they work on the Conversational AI Team, focusing on Azure Bot Services. Previously, they held various roles in technology and education, including a Technology Analyst Intern at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and multiple positions at Penn State University as a course assistant and developer. Jocelyn co-founded Stateware, a project fostering professional growth among students in computer science, and led the development of VisualCyberVAN while at the Systems and Internet Infrastructure Security Lab. Jocelyn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Penn State University in 2016.
