Kathleen Jones

Kathleen Jones is a Senior Business Strategy Manager at Microsoft, where they develop and lead key strategic initiatives to improve operations within the Azure global supply chain. Previously, Kathleen worked as a Principal Global Operations Engineer at Dell, directing product releases and transforming change management processes. They have also held roles at NASA as an Engineering Intern and at the Georgia Institute of Technology as a Graduate Research Assistant. Kathleen earned a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering, respectively, and holds a certificate in Operations Management from Georgia Tech.
