Magdalena Rogl

Magdalena Rogl is an influential leader in responsible leadership, corporate culture, and social impact, currently serving as the Diversity & Inclusion Lead at Microsoft Germany. With prior roles including Head of Digital Channels at Microsoft and Manager of Online & Social Media Communications at Tomorrow Focus AG, Magdalena has developed expertise in strategic communication and community management. They are also an author and keynote speaker, focusing on emotional intelligence and empathy in the workplace.
