Mark Thompson is a Principal Project Manager at Microsoft, where they continue to lead and manage concurrent IT projects across multiple platforms. They previously served as a Sr. Project Manager and Sr. Business/Systems Analyst at Mackenzie Financial, where they mentored other project managers and facilitated project activities from initiation to implementation. Mark’s early career includes a role as a Business Analyst with the Human Services IT Cluster and as a Support Analyst/Case Manager for the City of Toronto. Mark holds a Cert.APM in Certified Agile Project Management from the University of Waterloo and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
