Matthew Dressman is an AI Safety and Security Leader at Microsoft, leveraging over 15 years of engineering experience to drive technical innovation and deliver impactful products. They have held various senior engineering roles, including at Coinbase, where they served as a Senior Engineering Manager, and previously directed Microsoft’s vulnerability response engineering efforts. Matthew also contributes to the community as a member of the Board of Directors for Path with Art, a nonprofit focused on restoring lives through creative engagement. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Technology from Penn State University.
